Farnborough International Studios is a Film and TV facility with two 22 000 sqft sound stages, workshop and unit base space.
Our operations & facilities team are dedicated to support productions to deliver their programs as sustainably as possible. With 30% of all power being solar, our waste provider being a zero to landfill company and a team dedicated to ensure productions hit their albert/ green production targets we have a facility that help productions to create productions sustainably.

Garden Studios
About
Garden Studios was established in February 2021 and is the largest-scale film studio in central London with a total footprint of 300,173 sq. ft. We house seven sound stages totalling just over 80,000 sq. ft., with the largest offering at 23,414 sq. ft, additional sound-treated stages, a permanent virtual production stage of 3186 sq. ft, with a 12 x 4m LED volume, extendable to 20m x 5m. Supporting spaces include production offices, workshops, green rooms, costume, and hair & makeup rooms, private meeting pods that overlook our canalside, and parking. Garden Studios was built with our values deeply embedded in the fabric of our studio. We prioritise sustainability, inclusivity, education, innovation, and accessibility. We’re still on a journey to reach all our sustainability goals but are proud to say that we have achieved B Corp™ certification and that we’re taking part in the Albert Studio Sustainability Standard, BAFTA’s film studio sustainability certification. Being a positive force in our local community is important to us and we try to achieve that through educational programs, internships, a local artist-in-residence initiative, free use of studio space for local young talent, and The Hive, a shared workspace for local artists and makers which offers podcast, vodcast, and photography studios.

L16 Studios
About
L16 Studio is located on the Lime Pictures site in Liverpool. The site sits in a stand alone 9 acre site. The studio benefits form its own solar PV array generating 100Kw of renewable green energy. The whole site’s energy is supplied from 100% REGO backed energy. The studio has preparation areas, production offices in a secure site servicing an existing film and TV business. There is an on site canteen, technical support, post production facilities as well as ancillary support for production.

Nine Elms Studio
About
Nine Elms Studio is a purpose-built space in London for photoshoots and small video productions. As part of Chocolate Films Ltd, we operate under a Net Zero policy, powered by 100% renewable energy. Our studio is designed for efficiency with LED and sensor-controlled lighting, energy-conscious heating and sustainable suppliers.
Alongside our versatile studio, we offer equipment hire, catering through preferred sustainable partners, and the option to work with our in-house crew.
Studio Ulster
About
Studio Ulster is a world-class virtual production hub based in Belfast, N. Ireland. The studio holds 3 large-scale VP stages alongside motion capture, 3D/4D scanning & edit suites. The flagship stage, VP1, spans 12,750 sq ft and features a driveable, real time dynamic LED volume system. Studio Ulster is also home to the CoSTAR Screen Lab, part of the UK-wide R&D network driving innovation in real-time and immersive technologies and is a BREEAM-Excellent facility powered by 100% renewable energy.
